Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Orevia Court, every court is produced on demand in collaboration with our manufacturing partner Swish Europe. Because each project is fully custom‑made, production and delivery timelines differ from standard webshops. Below you will find all relevant information regarding shipping and delivery.
1. Production Time (Custom‑Made Courts)
All Orevia Court projects are custom‑made and production begins only after the customer has approved the final design.
The production process includes:
- manufacturing of the tiles
- colouring and finishing
- applying logos (if applicable)
- assembling the full court for inspection
- photographing the completed court for customer approval
Only after the customer approves the final production photos will the court be prepared for shipment.
Estimated production time: 30 to 80 business days, depending on project size, design complexity, colours, logos, and factory workload.
These timelines are estimates and may vary.
2. Delivery Time (After Production)
Once production is completed and the order has been shipped, transport typically takes:
- 5–15 business days within the EU
Delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, customs (if applicable), and seasonal factors.
Orevia Court is not responsible for delays caused by third‑party carriers.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
- destination
- weight and volume of the shipment
Any promotions, such as free shipping, will be clearly indicated on our website.
4. Shipping Partners
Orevia Court works with reliable European logistics partners selected by Swish Europe or our own shipping network.
We reserve the right to choose the carrier best suited for your shipment.
5. Track & Trace
When available, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email once your order has been shipped.
This allows you to follow the status of your delivery.
6. Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete address information.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- additional shipping costs may be charged
- delivery may be delayed
7. Not Home at Delivery
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may:
- deliver the package to a neighbour
- deliver the package to a pickup point
- attempt a new delivery
This depends on the carrier and the delivery options in your region.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order.
Damaged Shipment
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours at: 📧 info@oreviacourt.be
Include:
- photos of the damaged product
- photos of the packaging
- your order number
We will coordinate with the carrier and manufacturer to provide an appropriate solution.
Lost Shipment
If your shipment appears to be lost, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
9. International Shipping
We ship to most European countries (when available). International shipments may be subject to:
- customs checks
- import duties
- local taxes
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
