Return & Refund Policy

1. Custom‑Made Products
All Orevia Court projects are custom‑made according to the customer’s specifications. Custom‑made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Therefore, cancellations and refunds are not possible once the design has been approved.
2. Deposit and Final Payment
- The 30% deposit is non‑refundable.
- The 70% final payment must be paid in full before delivery.
- If the customer fails to pay the remaining balance, the order cannot be delivered and the deposit remains due.
3. Delivery Issues
If damage occurs during transport, the customer must report this within 48 hours to info@oreviacourt.be with photos. If the damage is proven to have occurred during transport, an appropriate solution will be provided in cooperation with the manufacturer.
4. Warranty
Warranty claims fall under the manufacturer warranty provided by Swish Europe:
- 10 years for Elastic and Large Elite
- 15 years for Elite Warranty does not entitle the customer to a refund, but to repair or replacement according to the manufacturer’s terms.
5. Hoops and Accessories
Hoops purchased through Basketvision are subject to the return and warranty policies of Basketvision or the respective manufacturer. Orevia Court does not provide refunds for these products.
6. Production Errors
If a product clearly deviates from the approved design, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Refunds are not possible unless exceptionally approved by the manufacturer.
