These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, orders, agreements, and deliveries provided by Orevia Court.

2. Scope of Application

By placing an order, approving a design, or entering into an agreement with Orevia Court, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions in full.

3. Custom‑Made Products

3.1 All Orevia Court surfaces, tiles, and project designs are custom‑made according to the customer’s specifications.

3.2 Custom‑made products are explicitly excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

3.3 Once the customer approves the design (digitally or in writing), production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.

3.4 Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs or may not be possible.

4. Hoops and Accessories

4.1 Orevia Court offers basketball hoops through Basketvision, an external supplier.

4.2 Customers may choose to purchase hoops through Orevia Court or directly from Basketvision.

4.3 Accessories such as balls, nets, and training equipment are not sold by Orevia Court; customers are referred to Basketvision for these items.

4.4 Warranty and return conditions for hoops follow the policies of Basketvision or the respective manufacturer.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

5.1 All prices are listed in euros and excluded from VAT unless otherwise stated. 

5.2 For custom court projects, the following payment structure applies:

• 30% deposit upon design approval
• 70% final payment before delivery 

5.3 Production begins only after the deposit has been received.

5.4 Delivery will only take place once the full outstanding balance has been paid.

5.5 In case of late payment, Orevia Court reserves the right to postpone delivery.

6. Delivery

6.1 Deliveries are carried out by logistics partners or directly by the manufacturer.

6.2 Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

6.3 Orevia Court is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, production partners, or force majeure.

6.4 The risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer at the moment of delivery.

7. Installation

7.1 Orevia Court does not provide installation services.

7.2 The customer is responsible for:

• preparing a suitable and level surface
• correct installation of the tiles
• installation of the hoop
• compliance with local regulations

7.3 If the customer hires a third‑party installer, Orevia Court is not liable for errors, damage, or additional costs caused by that party.

8. Warranty

8.1 All tiles are covered by manufacturer warranty via Swish Europe:

• 10 years for Elastic and Large Elite tiles
• 15 years for Elite tiles 

8.2 Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

• improper installation
• misuse or abnormal wear
• damage caused by weather conditions outside product specifications
• damage caused by third‑party installers 

8.3 Hoops are covered by the warranty terms of Basketvision or the respective manufacturer.

9. Liability

9.1 Orevia Court is not liable for:

• damage resulting from incorrect installation
• damage caused by misuse
• indirect damage (loss of income, injuries, consequential damage) 

9.2 The total liability of Orevia Court is limited to the value of the order.

10. Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

10.1 Custom‑made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU law.

10.2 Orders cannot be cancelled once the design has been approved.

10.3 For hoops purchased through Basketvision, their cancellation and return policies apply.

11. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via info@oreviacourt.be. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

12. Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Limburg, Belgium.
